We do accept NHS patient referrals for patients ages 17 and under who think they might qualify for orthodontic treatment on the NHS. You can either complete the online referral form below or fill in the pdf file. Once complete, contact us to complete the referral process.
All patients can also book a free orthodontic consultation directly with our team to get started. If they are not deemed eligible for orthodontics on the NHS, we can work with them to create a customised treatment and payment plan that helps make treatment more affordable.

Your free consultation will take place with Yeshim, our Treatment Coordinator. She will explain the treatment process, including timeframe and costs.
