NHS treatment

Orthodontic treatment is available on the NHS for children under 17, but strict eligibility criteria apply. NHS funding is only provided when treatment is clinically necessary, as assessed using the Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need (IOTN).

If your child has been referred by their dentist, we will assess their orthodontic needs at their first appointment. If your child does not meet the NHS criteria, we offer discounted private treatment for children, with interest-free payment plans to help spread the cost.
