Meet Dr Sadiq

Dr Kalim Sadiq qualified as a dentist from Guy’s Hospital in 1998 with five distinctions and went on to complete his master’s degree in orthodontics at The Eastman Dental Hospital in 2003, ranking top in the country for the Orthodontic Examination.

He later became a GDC-registered specialist orthodontist and also trained as a maxillofacial surgeon at Cambridge University’s teaching hospital. During this time, he passed the Membership of the Faculty examination with the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians.

In recognition of his expertise, Dr Sadiq was awarded the British Orthodontic Society Gold Medal in 2004 and received a Clinical Excellence Award for specialist orthodontic training at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London.

Dr Sadiq founded Orchard Orthodontics in 2005 with a clear vision: to provide every patient with outstanding, personalised care and beautiful, long-lasting results. Many new patients come to the practice after seeing the life-changing results achieved by family and friends.
 

As a father of four, Dr Sadiq treats every patient with the same care and respect he would expect for his own family. He is known for his fun, gentle approach and sense of humour.

Dr Sadiq regularly attends training to keep up to date on the latest developments in orthodontics. Among UK-trained orthodontists, he is a recognised provider of both Incognito hidden lingual braces and Invisalign® treatments, including Invisalign® First for children.

Outside of the practice, Dr Sadiq is a keen sportsman, with a particular interest in squash. He also enjoys travelling and experiencing international cuisine.
