Examination

An examination, or check-up, is a comprehensive assessment of your oral health, allowing us to identify concerns and create a personalised treatment plan.

We begin by discussing your oral health and cosmetic goals, followed by a thorough examination of the head, neck, jaw and mouth. Checks include gum health, tooth decay and oral cancer, with digital X-rays taken where needed to identify underlying issues.

All findings and treatment options are clearly explained by our general dentist, Dr Sejil Karim, and you’ll receive preventative advice to support long-term oral health.

Composite bonding

Composite bonding is a minimally invasive treatment used to improve the shape, size and colour of teeth. A tooth-coloured resin is carefully bonded to the tooth surface to enhance its appearance without damaging the tooth structure.

This procedure is ideal for repairing chips, reshaping teeth or closing small gaps - no drilling required.

Price - from £200 per tooth

Porcelain veneers

Porcelain veneers are ultra-thin shells custom-made to fit over the front surface of your teeth. They are ideal for transforming smiles affected by discolouration, uneven spacing or worn enamel.

Porcelain veneers are stronger and longer-lasting than composite, offering a highly aesthetic finish. They do, however, require a minimal tooth reduction to allow the veneer to fit seamlessly.

Teeth whitening

Professional teeth whitening is a safe and effective way to lift stains and brighten your smile. We offer tailored whitening solutions that deliver noticeable results while protecting your enamel and gums.

Professional whitening is safer than over-the-counter options and offers more consistent, longer-lasting results. Occasional top-ups may be needed, depending on your diet.

Crowns

Crowns are protective caps placed over weakened teeth to restore strength, function and appearance. They are used when teeth have been damaged by decay, fractures or large fillings and can also enhance appearance.

Crowns are commonly made from porcelain, with silver or gold options also available. They are designed to withstand everyday use.

Implants

Dental implants are a long-lasting solution for replacing missing teeth. A small titanium post is placed in the jawbone to support a natural-looking crown, making implants one of the most reliable tooth replacement options.

The procedure is carried out under local anaesthesia. The implant is placed into the jawbone and allowed to heal for around three months while it integrates. Once healed, a custom crown is fitted to restore the appearance and function of the tooth.

Dental cleaning

Routine dental cleaning plays an important role in maintaining a healthy, attractive smile. Professional cleaning removes plaque and tartar build-up, helping to prevent staining, gum disease and bad breath.

Dental cleanings are recommended twice yearly to sustain optimal gum health. Regular visits support both oral health and the longevity of cosmetic treatments.

Root canal treatment

A root canal treats infection at the centre of the tooth and helps save a tooth that might otherwise need to be removed. When the inner nerve becomes infected due to decay, injury or gum disease, it can cause pain and swelling.

During treatment, the infected tissue is carefully removed, the canals are cleaned and sealed to prevent further infection, and the tooth is restored with a filling or crown. Root canal treatment has a high success rate and is carried out under local anaesthetic for your comfort.

Extraction

An extraction is the removal of a tooth that cannot be saved due to decay, infection or gum disease. This decision is made only after carefully assessing the remaining tooth structure, gums and supporting bone.

The procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic, so it is not painful. Some mild soreness afterwards is normal and can be managed with over-the-counter pain relief. You’ll be given clear aftercare advice to support smooth healing.

Before any tooth is removed, all options will be discussed with you, including suitable replacement solutions such as a denture, bridge or implant. In most cases, an immediate replacement can be provided so you’re not left with a gap.

Periodontics

Periodontics focuses on the treatment of gum disease, which can range from mild to more advanced conditions. If left untreated, gum disease can damage the gums and bone supporting the teeth, potentially leading to discomfort, loose teeth or tooth loss.

Symptoms of gum disease include bleeding, swelling, redness and sensitivity. Root surface debridement is a deep cleaning treatment that removes plaque and bacteria from below the gum line. This specialised procedure can help treat and prevent gum disease.

Price - from £150 per session
